Our Canadian, bilingual team of coaches has an outstanding range of professional experience. We’ve worked with leaders and their teams in organizations from entrepreneurial start-ups to large multinationals.
We are credentialed coaches and alumni of the rigorous, graduate-level Executive Coaching Programs at Royal Roads University and Coaching de Gestion. We are also connected with other experienced business coaches to deliver larger projects.

Peter Frauley, BAdmin, PCC, CEC
Peter has diverse experience in financial services and human resources consulting. He has responsibility for designing and implementing highly individualized coaching programs and services to assist executives and professionals in transition. Peter provides coaching to management on planning organizational transitions in both the public and private sector.

Peter’s credentials include a B.Admin. from Concordia University, a CHRM from McGill University and a Diploma in Adult Ed. From St. Francis Xavier University. He is certified to administer a wide variety of assessment tools. Peter has completed Coaching – Evoking Excellence in Others at Integral Coaching Canada and holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University as well as a PCC designation from the International Coaching Federation.
Peter’s career includes more than 15 years of experience in the field of career transition, coaching and training. His current focus is on aligning businesses and people with a focus on Leadership Development, Career Solutions, Recruitment & Outsourcing, Assessment & Measurement.
An avid volunteer, Peter has served as a mentor to Internationally Educated Professionals for Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization, Catholic Immigration Services and Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre. He is proud of having created opportunities for individuals to make personal discoveries by assessing their career direction, starting a new course of action or taking a new educational path.
Pierre Lemasson, PCC
Pierre Lemasson has led a business in career and executive coaching for the last 10 years, operating in English and French, based in Ottawa and Montreal with a global reach. In 2014 he undertook training to consolidate his leadership development and executive coaching experience and to be confirmed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Pierre is known to have this unique ability to tap into the human spirit to show individuals their working styles, leadership abilities and how to imagine and steer their destiny. A philosopher at heart, well-travelled with broad cultural experience, his profound understanding of human beings is rooted in the art of living as much as in the scientific discoveries about human consciousness. With great calmness and clarity he imparts the fundamentals of leadership development, confidence building and strategic thinking. As an executive coach he helps leaders to refocus, to mobilize their strengths and to channel their talents in performing their missions. He contributes to sustainable change management by coaching leaders in the mobilization of creative human potential with disruptive innovations that accelerate business transformations.
Concurrent with his executive and career coaching practice, Pierre has explored a range of professional environments in industry, associations, private and public sectors taking on responsibilities as a military aviation officer, engineer, researcher, technical advisor, innovation consultant, project manager, information technology expert, cross-cultural and strategic advisor, and executive.
Pierre’s passion for leadership development dates from his ten years of service in the military as an aviation officer trained at the Royal Military College of Canada (1979-1989). He later became a researcher and innovator in the emerging fields of online professional training and business performance, bringing the Internet to the people. With his multidisciplinary leadership he has led over twenty projects including the development of Intranet community networks for professionals of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Chemical Institute of Canada. Since 2009, he has led Rockhurst Careers Group, Inc. in the role of president.
Pierre is a certified PCC level coach and member of the International Coach Federation. He has the certification to administer and interpret level B psychometric assessments such as the Strong Interest Inventory and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and II. He obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Physics from the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston (1984) and also completed the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (2008). An experienced speaker with over one hundred lectures and workshops over the last 20 years he knows how to mobilize individuals and groups with purpose. He teaches and popularizes recent neuroscience discoveries from emotional intelligence (D. Goleman), conversational intelligence (J.E.Glaser) and large scale organizational leadership fundmentals from the Advantage (D. Lencioni), among others.
